Putting on a play

This past summer has been so fantastic! I just finished a performance course at york U called "putting on a play", I learned the ins and outs of creating a production from scratch! From writing the script, creating and picking music, to the audition process, the duties of the director, as well as those of the stage managers, lighting, sound, costume designers and props people.
It was a lot of work, and as a performer I had the best time!!
The play itself was called "ECLIPSE", a tribute to the beginnings of Cirque de Soleil. It was one and half hours long. I learned how to juggle for my role. I was also able to sing, dance and play the part of the Aerialist.
Now that it is over...I can't wait to be involved in another performance!!
What a blast!! :>
